We are committed, as part of the Christian Church, to Safeguarding Children, Young People, Vulnerable Adults, and victims of domestic abuse. Looking the other way is not an option. The PCC has adopted the Church of England’s policies and best practice on safeguarding. We follow Safer Recruitment processes for all roles which involve work with children and vulnerable adults, including Enhanced DBS checks where appropriate.
More information, including how to report a concern, can be found on the safeguarding page of the Chelmsford Diocese website
