What can I expect on a Sunday?
We are an informal and welcoming church. Our 9am service is more traditional with hymns, liturgy and a short reflection on a bible passage. This service lasts for 30-40 minutes with tea and coffee served afterwards. Our 10.30am service is more informal with a contemporary worship style, a talk based on the bible and opportunities to respond in prayer. This service is about 1 hour 20 minutes, with tea and coffee served afterwards

Can I bring kids and teenagers?
Absolutely! We love kids of all ages. Our 10.30am service has dedicated groups for kids (age 3 to school year 5) and youth (school years 6 -13) during the service on most Sundays during term time. There is also a play area for babies and toddlers. You can register your kids for groups at the start of the 10.30am service, and can stay with younger kids in their group, if you or they prefer. Our kids and youth teams are fully DBS checked.

Is there communion?
Yes - we celebrate communion on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month at our 9am service, and on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at our 10.30am service. You are more than welcome to join us, or if you prefer just receive a blessing.

Are you part of wider groups of churches?
We are an Anglican church with the Diocese of Chelmsford. Our theology and practice is charismatic evangelical. We are part of a group of churches linked locally to All Saints Woodford Wells and nationally to New Wine.
